Repair Form
Not all navigation drives can be repaired. If your unit is non-repairable there is a $59 diagnostic fee. We will refund this payment back to you minus the $59 fee, we can also take $30 from the refund and ship the drive back to you at your request. The diagnostic fee will be waived if you choose to purchase a replacement drive from us.

PLEASE NOTE:
You are pre-paying for the repair service and the shipping cost to ship it back to you. Shipping your unit to us is your responsibility.

We are also happy to wait for payment until after the unit has been received by us and has been repaired and tested to be sure it is 100% working.
