How to use

1. Peel the patch from the plastic liner.
2. Spray water 2 or  3 times lightly on the smooth side. (DO NOT spray water too much to  avoid melting the adhesive.)
3. Apply to nose area, smooth side  down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin.
4. Let the  sheet completely dry for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. Slowly and carefully  peel off starting at edges, pulling toward centre.

*  Recommended 1-2 times per week to keep nose clean and fresh
