The highly anticipated collaboration between Nike and iconic grime icon Skepa has finally arrived.. and it DOES NOT disappoint!
Inspired by the streets of London, in which Skepta made his name; and the Bazaars of Marrakesh, Morocco, of which he fell in love with, hence the beautiful Moroccan style mosaic pattern. Further inspired by the Air Max 99 which is synonymous with original London street culture.
The amazing colourway is somewhat reminiscent of an oil spill, whilst the modern twist on the classic Air Max 97 offers a sleek, modern, lightweight and comfy sneaker all round.
This is a one off collaboration and will be a 'Grail' in months/years to come, much like the Dizzee Rascal 'Tongue and Cheek' collaboration.
