Brand new and never used in perfect condition.
Total length is 22" from end to end.
Steering tube is 8 inches and 15/16" in diameter (outside to outside)

This came from the Softride warehouse in Bellingham, WA that is being emptied so I am helping them sell off the rest of their inventory. I am selling other items from the warehouse on eBay currently. Shipping discounts for multiple items, just contact me for a quote.
