Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We understand that not every purchase will end up suiting the wants and needs of a customer and that is why we want to make the return process as simple as possible through the eBay interface. We offer 14 days D.O.A Warranty on all hardware issues for this computer/laptop. The warranty period commences on the original purchase date. Accidental damage is not covered and all damages caused by the end-user will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs&upgrades. A RMA number will be issued once the item is claimed for warranty. You can contact us for any computer not working properly within the first 3 days of arrival. Any missing parts or accessories must be claimed within 3 days of receiving your order. Refunds if necessary will be issued minus a $20USD handling fee and a 10% restocking fee (10% of the original price of the product). Buyers are responsible for shipping any malfunctioning items within the warranty period. All returns require the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us through an eBay message. No System can be returned without authorization from the CTSMAR RMA Department first, they will provide further instructions on what needs to be done. Items returned for replacement or refund must be accompanied with the receipt, RMA#, and include all items originally in the package.

We offer Fedex for domestic shipping, and fedex or USPS for US shipping. For Canadian orders, shipping is not available for The Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, or Delivery to non-major cities or remote places may use regular shipping service instead. For US orders, shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and PO Boxes. All packages will be shipped the following business day after the payment is cleared.
We offer Canada Post or FeDex ground for domestic shipping, and USPS or FeDex for US shipping. For US orders, shipping option is not available to Alaska, US territories . All packages will be shipped the following business day after the payment is cleared.
