So we don’t get it mixed up with the rest of your message

and please put commas ( , ) were you would like the next line to start for example

Please do not send your engraving details in all capitals, if you do not want them in all Capitals

As we just copy and paste your engraving details

If you do want all capitals, then don’t  pick a scripted font

French Script, Edwardian Script as it will be unreadable in all capitals

Please make sure your spellings and dates are all correct before sending them, as we cannot rectify mistakes.

All our items are shipped within 24 hours of us receiving your order

This is Monday to Friday only as we don’t work over the weekend

We do not do next day deliveries on a Friday, They will be shipped on the following Monday

RETURNS

We do not except returns on any personalised items unless we have made a mistake with your engraving, 

Or it has been damaged in the post

If either of these happen, then please do not send it back to us, just take a picture of it and send it to us

 and we will send you a replacement out ASAP

ITEMS MISSING OR LATE IN THE POST

Please allow at least 7 day for your item to arrive, we do ship all of our items within 24 hours

But after we have shipped it is out of our hands, EBay’s delivery dates are only estimated!!

On the Royal Mail website it says it can take up to 14 days to get to you,

If you need your item quickly, then we recommend that you please choose the 1^st class post or next day delivery

option at the checkout before you pay, this will priorities your item and help to get it to you quickly

The majority of our items will get to you quickly, please check our feedback for quick delivery times.

We do not refund for items that go missing in the post

In this case if you still haven’t received your item after 10 days we will send you a replacement out and not a refund
