1. We are Australian
seller. All items are ready to be dispatched within 1-2 business days (weekend
and public holidays are not included) after the payment is completed from our
Sydney warehouse.
2. We use Australia
couriers to send all the items. And item will simply arrive within 1-6 business
days after it is dispatched.
3. No need to take risk
to buy from oversea. If you buy from oversea sellers, you will need to pay a
huge cost to send the item back for warranty. And wait more than a month to
receive the item back.
4. Buyers must pay the
shipping and handling fees as specified in this listing. Optional transit
insurance is also available at checkout.
5. Shipping and handling
fees are non-negotiable. Any applicable combined shipping discounts will be
applied at checkout.
6. Our courier only
delivers during business hours Monday to Friday. Please nominate a shipping
address which will allow you to sign for your parcel during these times
(consider your work address). PO Boxes are not acceptable as it has no
signature of delivery.
7. Tracking numbers are
provided to the buyer at time of dispatch.
8. Providing the product
is in stock, items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared
payment.
9. Once your item has
been dispatched, please ensure someone is available at your nominated shipping
address for the following two business days to sign for the delivery. Expect
lengthy delays if no one is at the nominated address to sign for the delivery.
Warranty:
1. All the brand new products come under manufacturer warranty. And all the
Australian products have 2 year manufacturer warranty under Australian consumer
law. You have to contact manufacturer customer care centre to claim your
warranty.
2. For Used Products, We offer 3 months warranty on most of products
(conditions apply) used for private household use from the date of shipment (3
months commercial use). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by us,
our may, at its option, repair the product or replace the product.
3. We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DoA) within
7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DoAs must be contact/return to us within
7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please message us on eBay first.
4. Prior to returning any item, must contact our Customer Service Department.
All other relevant information will be sent to you at this time.
5. If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 30-day period from
the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer expense.
6. You are responsible to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent
any damage during the return of the item. Failure to do so may affect the
ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, replacement items
or store credit at our discretion.
7. All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. e.g Battery,
earphone, cable, carry bag etc.
8. Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear
and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or
other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner
outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if
the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons)
not authorized by our Store to provide service (not including standard periodic
maintenance).
