Returning shipped items:

1. If you would like to return or exchange an item, Bella Jules must be notified within 14 days of the original date the merchandise was received.

2. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to Bella Jules without authorization cannot be accepted. To receive a Return Authorization Number, please contact me.

3. When you contact Bella Jules about your return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA number) which is to be placed on the outside of the shipping box. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the box along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return.
