We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Maestro through Worldpay.  The customer can effect payment via the secure Worldpay payment link without having to transmit actual card details to us.

Once the item has been paid for, you will receive an email from us confirming payment and giving you a unique order number.

A further email will show the packing progress of your order.  Once dispatched, you should receive an email from the courier or postal service with your tracking number.

ALL orders for same day shipping must be paid for prior to shipping.

If paying by cheque, we strongly advise that you contact us first. Our policy is to wait 7 working days from when the cheque is banked for it to clear.

Orders placed before 11am will be shipped same day.  If there are any exceptions, we will contact you for further instructions.  

Items listed on eBay include the cost of mainland UK economy shipping.  For express shipping options, please select the required option at point of sale.

We ship worldwide, but there are some exclusions for certain products going to the Russian Federation, Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America.  Please contact us if you require shipping to any of those locations.

If you need to combine shipping, please contact us so we can send you an offer or a quotation.

We always request tracking numbers generated by the courier or post service to be emailed directly to you, although these sometimes get caught in anti-spam filters.  If you require the tracking number, please contact us and we will look it up for you.  

If you are experiencing a difficulty with your delivery, please contact us and we will request investigation or claim as appropriate from the courier or post service.  In the meantime, we will keep you updated with the details and send a replacement where appropriate.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All items are inspected before they are dispatched, but please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it, while any tags are still attached.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but in the event that you need to return the product, please ensure that tags remain attached and any protective packaging is also available for return.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Goods may be returned within 14 days after date of delivery for refund, provided they are in the same condition as they were received in, including product packaging.  Goods will not be accepted for return after any kind of laundering or attempts to clean or modify the item.  Please use the eBay refund procedure for eBay returns.

Faulty goods or errors on our part may either be approved for or returned for a full refund.  Please notify us of any faults or errors as soon as possible.  In some cases, a refund may be processed without the item being returned.

Q:  Where are you located?  A:  We are near Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom.
Q:  Where are the goods shipping from?  A:  We keep all items in stock at our location, so the goods ship from the UK.
Q:  Are the products genuine army surplus?  A:  Many of our products are genuine army surplus, and other items are described by their brand or manufacturer.
Q:  Is shipping included?  A:  Economy mainland UK shipping is included in the price of all our items.  Express and international shipping is available, but costs extra.
Q:  Do the armour vests come with plates or Kevlar?  A:  No, the vests do not come with plates or Kevlar.
Q:  How do I return an item if I changed my mind?  A:  We have a standard 14 day return policy.  Please follow eBay's returns procedure.
Q:  The item is faulty and I would like to return it.  A:  We would be grateful if you could let us know what the fault is because in some cases, it is not necessary to return the item for refund.
Q:  I have not received a confirmation of order via eBay.  Where can I go for more information about my delivery?  A:  We also email you with an order number and packing progress photo.  The delivery service should also email you with tracking information.
