This is a new made Door check guide (for the inside of the door) on the M37 an M43 Dodge.  This was made with NOS clip, and a professionally manufactured bracket.  

These break and wear out over time.  Goes in both doors, so 2 needed per vehicle.  Cheap, good part to keep on standby.
