To pay for your goods, please use the eBay checkout, by pressing the 'Buy It Now' button at the top of this page.

Payment can only be made by PayPal. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email.

If the item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal prior to placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address. In the event that your order has already been placed, please contact our customer service team who will refund the order to allow you to update the address details in PayPal and resubmit your order.

Free UK Shipping

99% of items ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.  Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class postage and take 1-2 days to arrive.

To ensure safe delivery, please make sure your complete postal address is listed on your PayPal account.

International Shipping

We ship all our items worldwide via Royal Mail International Standard.  These items do not include tracking numbers.  If tracking is required, upgraded postage can be purchased.

eBay estimates are only for guidance, delivery times may vary especially during peak periods.

Delivery Times : 

Europe - Typically 3-5 working days, however can take upto 10 working days depending on the destination countries postal system

Rest of the world - 5-10 Working Days, Some items can take upto 15 working days depending on the destination countries postal system

If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must request a return via "my eBay" within 30 days of delivery. We are happy to refund the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging.  The buyer pays for the return postage.

Our privacy policy sets out what personal buyer information we receive from eBay.co.uk, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we will share it with other parties. Lawful Basis for Processing Personal Data

For the purposes of The GDPR, we are the Data Processor when selling on eBay.co.uk and processes all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. Under Article 6 of The GDPR, the lawful basis on which we process personal data received from eBay.co.uk is that of “Contract” - whereby processing is necessary in order to fulfill buyer orders and enquiries. We retain information provided by eBay.co.uk such as transaction information for internal financial accounting purposes. It is a legal requirement to retain this information for a period of 7 years.

Data We Receive: Personally Identifiable Information

We receive personally identifiable information from eBay.co.uk only when it is voluntarily submitted by buyers when placing an on-line order. The data we receive includes: name, billing address, delivery name, delivery address, e-mail address (in encrypted format), telephone number, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, chosen method of delivery. We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose.

How we use buyers’ personal information

We may use any personal buyer information provided by eBay.co.uk to:

• process and dispatch buyers’ order/s
• carry out regulatory checks to meet our legal obligations
• prevent and detect crime
• develop and improve our products
• undertake anonymised statistical analysis (we won’t be able to identify individuals from this data)

 

We treat all information we hold about buyers as private and confidential. We will not reveal any personal details or details concerning buyers’ orders to anyone not connected with us, unless:

• a buyer asks us to reveal the information, or we have a buyer’s permission to do so
• we are required or permitted to do so by law
• it is required by law enforcement, fraud prevention or credit reference agencies

We may share buyer personal information with our suppliers, service providers and other contractors only to fulfil orders buyers place with us on eBay.co.uk.

Data Subject Access Requests

Under The GDPR buyers are entitled to obtain from us (the Data Processor for the purposes of The GDPR when selling on eBay.co.uk) a copy of the data held concerning them and to have any inaccuracies in the data rectified. We are obliged to provide this data  within 1 calendar month of the request and free of charge. However we have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
