Most are in like new shape but please see images closely for their condition. | FAQS: Where are your items located? - The items are located in Japan and are ready to be shipped to you. Are they new? - All of our items are pre-owned from former Otaku collectors or store liquidations. Boxed items are new, right? - If the item is boxed, we honestly don't know if it's still new or used as in most cases the prior owner took such good condition of it that it's almost impossible to tell the difference. Is this in English? - Any Books/CDs/DVDs/Toys and etc is in Japanese language only and no other. Do you combine shipping? - We do combine shipping and it's based on the weight of the package plus a very small fee for handling. How about poster/scroll shipping cost? - Posters and wall scrolls can only be sent with other posters/wall scrolls and no other items. When should I expect this to arrive? - We use SAL mail to ship packages and we set our listings for a huge amount of time as sometimes SAL mail packages may take several weeks to arrive. Average for us is about 3 to 4 weeks but it may arrive sooner or later than that as well. If you wish for faster mail to be used (airmail or EMS mail), please contact us and we'll make arrangements with you, but this will increase your shipping cost. How long will you wait to be paid? - I prefer to be paid right away, but my settings are to file unpaid warnings after 2 weeks. | |
| SHIPPING DETAILS We ship out usually in a couple days about twice a week. We do combine shipping, but we do not use ebay's shipping tool to do this. You need to send a combined shipping cost request and you must be logged into ebay USA (not ebay UK or any other ebay) to do this. Failure to do this will result in a higher shipping cost/lower refund when you overpay on shipping costs. Please note that there are postal rules about a package's weight and size that may force you to select EMS mail. If you are planning on buying several items, please contact us first to see if we can offer you a combined shipping discount or not. ARRIVAL TIME It can be any time up to a month for arrival, depending on which class of mail you select, if customs holds onto the package, holiday times, etc. We send things SAL mail unless asked for an upgrade to airmail or EMS mail. | NY SALES TAX Sales tax is for New York State customers only. Although the item is coming from Japan, I personally live in New York state and my business is registered with the state, which causes a 'NEXUS' which means tax has to be collected for NYS customers.
