Offered for sale is this rare R. Lalique paperweight, "Chat" design 1162, dating from 1929. There is a small area of damage on the corner of the base, so I am taking offers on this piece. Please excuse the reflections in the pictures.
The paperweight/figurine is approximately 4.5 inches (11.5cm) long.
There are 2 small chips on the bottom corner of the base, by the back right foot of the cat - the tip of the pen is pointing to these.
Signed "R. Lalique France" on the bottom as shown.
