Turnaround:	most orders are printed and shipped within 2-5 days from upload of artwork, with delivery usually taking 2-3 days.

NOTE: You will need to supply a print-ready artwork file.

Your completed design file should be ready to send to us. Artwork creation, modification, editing and design work is not included.

We will send you a link to upload your file (we recommend supplying a PDF file for the best results), so please do NOT send anything to us in an eBay message or by email. If your file is not complete or it needs something adding or changing, or the page size or dimensions are incorrect, we will not make these changes for you. Instead, ask your designer to make these changes before you upload it to our system. We accept one artwork design per order.

Artwork specifications:

Your artwork should be a complete, final print-ready file. We recommend supplying a PDF file. Each page in your design needs to be the correct size and shape for the finished leaflet size, and should include a bleed of at least 3mm on all edges (where necessary), otherwise we might have to add a white border to your design. Keep text and logos within a safe margin of at least 5mm from all page edges. Flatten all layers and transparencies. Create and save your files as CMYK PDF files. We use the following colour profiles: Coated FOGRA39 for printing on coated paper, and Uncoated FOGRA29 for printing on uncoated paper.

Artwork files must be uploaded to our system via the link we send, so please do NOT send anything to us in an eBay message or by email. We may reject copyrighted designs, low-res or blurry images, illegal content or screenshots.

It can sometimes take a few hours to receive the artwork upload link. We are open Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:00pm, so if you order outside of these times you may not receive the upload link until we are open.

If we haven't received a suitable artwork file from you by the time we reach the eBay deadline for dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order without notice.
