When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

Our guarantee to you is that you can return an item for any reason up to 30 days from purchase( T&CS may apply). Please contact our customer service team to start that process.
- Return shipping costs are paid for by you.
- A restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging.
