You are bidding on a Sony TC-K555 audiophile quality cassette tape deck. Tape heads are cleaned and working well. The belt set operates well and at speed so far as my ears can tell. FF/RW/PL all working well. The sound quality is excellent from both channels. Tested in house for hours - no issues with belt. Record not tested. The case is in very good condition, some minor scratches on top - see pics. The face plate and rear panel are in excellent condition. NOTE: Sold AS IS.

We use UPS Ground exclusively for shipping. All items are hand packed in house, with great care and heavy duty materials. We pack each item differently depending on size, weight, shape, etc.

All items are cleaned carefully examined, tested and We Deoxit when specified in listing to eliminate crackling when stated. We blow out every chassis, inspect for damage/rust/refurbishment. We do not sell damaged equipment or refurbished as working. We test  equipment in our lab for 1 week before shipping.
Vintage equipment is not guaranteed to last and may require tune up for optimal performance. We are not responsible for issues post sale, no refunds. We do our best to do basic tests and report accurately current state of equipment. We photograph internally and externally and video tape for posterity and to guard against fraud.
