Very beautiful! I think that she has her original body. Please note that her arms are bisque doll arms probably from about 30 years later. One hand is missing a thumb and the other arm is taped. The rest of the body is stable.

Her clothes are definitely antique and may be original to the period of the doll. I'm not 100% sure.
