Beautiful Titanium Quill stem by Cinelli from the 1990's. It's part of their "Arte" series, and was electronically anodized. Each one has a unique pattern of color, as the process of anodizing titanium is complicated and unpredictable. Super light. Hard to find in this condition! Ultra Rare
