Some Helpful Information
We aim to despatch within 1 working day, not including weekends and Bank Holidays.. Please take this into consideration when ordering and reviewing the estimated date of arrival for your order sent to you by eBay.
All 'Free P&P' items are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.  Other P&P services are available including 1st Class (Standard) and 1st Class before 1pm (please see details above).  All items are individually checked and stamped and proof of posting obtained direct at our local Post Office Counter.  

Item Description
All dimensions, sizes and weights are given in good faith and are as accurate as possible.  Photographic images are fair representations of items allowing for the different calibrations of computers as well as the conditions under which photos were taken.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding an item's description.

Returns 
Please contact us before returning an item to avoid disappointment.  If we are aware that you are returning goods then we can take the necessary action to expedite your return and refund.   All ritems must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels and be in a saleable condition.  Unless agreed with us prior to returning goods the cost of postage for returned items is the buyer's responsibility.
