Up for sale is an Estate Auction find, an Antique 1920's Art Deco MASSIVE 12ct Faceted Top Cushion Cut Ruby 10k Solid Yellow Gold Men's Ring in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. This HEAVY 9.8 Gram (0.35 Ounce) Whopping Over 1/3 Ounce Antique 1920's Art Deco 10k Solid Yellow Gold ring is set with a Beautiful MASSIVE 12ct 16x14mm Ruby with amazing RED COLOR and NEAR PERFECT CLARITY. This ruby has AMAZING LUSTER. This ruby is a Cushion Cut with a Faceted Top that sparkles like a disco ball in the light. The gemstone tests as a ruby on a Presidium Gem Tester and a reflectometer and is most likely very high quality lab grown ruby. This gemstone has not been removed from the setting for testing so we cannot say definitively it is a natural ruby as it is most likely a very high quality lab grown ruby. A Lab Grown Ruby has the exact same physical, optical, and chemical properties of a Natural Ruby meaning it is as hard and scratch resistant. The waves and swirls on the ruby in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections because the polished surface is difficult to photograph.
