SALES POLICIES
Shipping: Your item will be shipped within one business day of receiving payment via the USPS (Priority Mail or First Class if under 13 ounces), Media Mail (for that which qualifies), or UPS for larger ground deliveries.
Payment: We use PayPal exclusively and expect payment within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancelling a sale: If it becomes necessary for you to cancel a sale, please contact me as soon as possible so I can end the transaction and relist the item. Your agreement is necessary so that I can be refunded the fees that eBay charges for the sale. It is much easier and leaves no negative marks against the buyer if we agree to cancel the sale, rather than the only other option, which is to open a case.
Shipping Charges: Sellers are charged fees by both eBay and PayPal for each and everyitem that is sold. This fee, the cost of the post charges and office supply costs (labels, packing tape, ink, packing supplies, envelopes, etc.) are all part of your shipping costs. Unless shipping a large item, I try to charge less than a dollar for handling. This charge is added to your shipping cost. The larger and heavier your item, the more the Post Office charges to ship it. If it is under 13 oz. I will ship First Class. The actual cost of the postage will be listed on your shipping label. The difference between the cost on the label and what you paid me for shipping is what I keep to cut my costs. When there is no difference, the shipping expenses come out of the cost of the item. Please take notice before leaving negative feedback for the shipping costs. Not all sellers take advantage of shipping charges.
Pleasant Transactions: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please communicate with me prior to opening a case or leaving negative feedback. I will leave you positive feedback as soon as payment is received. All disputes and problems can be solved to the mutual satisfaction of both buyer and seller provided there is understanding and good communication.
Returns: I provide money back returns providing that you pay the return shipping and the item arrives back in the same condition as when it left the store as evidenced by the original description and pictures. New items must be returned in the same condition as when it left my store as evidenced by the original description and pictures. New items must be returned in original, sealed packages with tags intact. Once I receive the item, I will refund your money. Some refunds may take up to two weeks. If there are extenuating circumstances, we will work something out.
