This is an authentic,  new with tags dress by Jovani in a size 00.  This dress was formerly in a retail store.  See above for condition description.  Dress has been discount to compensate for those issues.  It is black as shown in the first image.  Jovani recommends a 00 for a 31" bust, 24.5" waist and 35" hips.  Please measure carefully.  Due to the nature of this business we do not accept returns.  This dress retails for $640!
