PAYMENT
We only accept PayPal payments. Payment is required within 3 days after auction ends. If auction win is not paid for within 3 days, the item will be relisted and a non-payment item will be filed.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
ALL items ship within 24 business hours after payment is received. Auction wins before noon PST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day.

ALL items ship via USPS. Please make sure you give us a valid USPS shipping address. ALL first class and priority mail items ship via USPS. Expedited shipping (1-3 Days) is USPS Express service which is actually a 1-2 business day delivery service. FedEx overnight packages shipped on Friday require the Saturday delivery option which we cannot add to the auction. These orders will either be shipped via USPS Express (if overnight service for Saturday delivery is available) otherwise they will ship via FedEx express for delivery on the following Monday.

We can ONLY ship to the address PayPal gives us, so IF you have a different shipping address, please add or change this information with PayPal first, before bidding on our auction. We cannot ship to an address other than the address PayPal gives us.

MOST orders are received within 2 to 5 business days, though occasionally an order can take longer. Extreme weather conditions will affect delivery through all shipping carriers. IF you have not received an order within that time frame, please e-mail us so we can track it for you and find out where the package is at. To date, this has NOT happened, but if it does,please e-mail us via our ebay contact information above.

COMBINED SHIPPING
In some cases, we can combine shipping for multiple auction wins shipping to the SAME address. We cannot combine shipping for multiple auction wins that are shipping to different addresses. Please e-mail us in advance to ask if we can combine shipping before bidding.

INSURANCE
Insurance is highly recommended. We are NOT responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during shipping and we are unable to refund or replace product, unless you have purchased shipping insurance.
