We are a traditional retail store operating in Subiaco, Western Australia. We are members of the Jewellers Association of Australia as well as being qualified Gemmologists. Our Manufacturing Jeweller is also a Qualified Diamond Grader & Registered Jewellery Valuer with N.C.J.V. and has been in the Jewellery Trade for over 35 Years.
We offer a complete refund if your purchase is not as described as per the Guidelines suggested by the ACCC Department of Consumer Protection. Payment is to be made within 3 business days. We do not offer Lay-By Terms. All Payments are to be made by PayPal or Electronic Funds Transfer only.
Shipping
After payment is received your item will be posted within 2 business days. A signature is required on delivery for added security. Once your item is posted - you will find the tracking number and date of postage has been added to your item listed under "Purchase History". If you live local you are more than welcome to collect your item from our retail store during our trading hours and pay in store.
