WE CAN DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS AND NORTH SCOTLAND, ISLE OF WIGHT, ISLE OF MAN AND OTHER BRITISH ISLES BUT THERE WILL BE A SURCHARGE OF £20, THE SURCHARGE IS THE SAME WHETHER FOR A BUNDLE OR SINGLE STICK. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU ARE UNSURE.

Easypuck is a family run business with over 30 years experience of playing and coaching ice hockey. We have been trading for almost 10 years and are committed to providing excellent customer service and highly competitive prices. We have a retail skate and hockey shop inside Bizz Unit 1, Arden Business Park, Chaucer Close, Rochester ME2 4LF. We are open 7 days a week Mon to Thurs 12pm to 4pm, Fri 2pm to 7pm, Sat 10.30am to 5pm and Sun 10.30am to 3pm. If you wish to pick up your ebay purchase during opening hours please message beforehand so we can ensure that your items are here ready for collection.

Dispatch and Postage

Items ordered before 12pm on work days are usually dispatched the same day. Items ordered in the afternoon/evening are dispatched the next working day.

We send most small items with Royal Mail 2nd class, if you want your item to arrive quicker please ask or select 1st class. For larger and more expensive items we use our courier UK Mail for next day delivery. Please note next day delivery prices are for mainland UK only. Deliveries to Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, IOW and all other off shore islands cost extra and usually take 48 hours, please enquire for a postage quote before ordering. We will only charge you the cost price to us.

For ebay orders we only accept payment through Paypal

Returns 

We accept returns for unused items for 30 days from purchase.
