Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer 30 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
If item has been opened and/or used, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts or accessories.
A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of physical damage such as dents on the phone or any sort of water damage or any type of damage.
If your delivery address is outside of the US, the customs authority in your country may charge you customs fee and duties. You're solely responsible for the fees and duties in your country. We cannot know what those fees are. If the shipment won't go through the customs because you reject to pay import taxes, fees and/or duties, you will be charged 20% restocking fee.
In some cases we may charge up to 50% if item comes dropped/damaged, or heavily used or scratched or with missing accessories such as Original box, headphones or USB cable or charger, up to 50% restocking fee may be charged.
All our products are GSM only, no CDMA support. Our products will work on AT&T, T-Mobile and other GSM carriers around the world, but will not support CDMA carriers (like Sprint or Verizon in the USA). Customer is solely responsible to make sure their carrier is supported by the device before purchase. Return with the reason "doesn't work on my carrier" when the carrier is CDMA will result in 20% restocking fee charged.
Shipping Policy
We do NOT ship to these countries, please do NOT buy from us if your shipping address to one of the below country: APO/FPO, Russian Federation, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Republic of, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Central African Republic, Egypt, Libya, Reunion, Somalia, Iraq, Israel, Turkey, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, PO Box
We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS for shipping. In order to provide the best service for our customer, we retain the right to change carrier on our own discretion, without any notice to the buyer. Since the items we sell are of high value, signature will be required, no matter what carrier we use. Please be prepared to accept the shipment and sign for it.
