Shipping information

1- The buyer will be considered to agree with ALL terms and conditions listed below.
2- Orders received before 3:00pm BST will be shipped on the same day through First Class Royal Mail  Recorded delivery, Orders received after 3pm will be shipped on the next working day.
3- Order received Saturday / Sunday will be shipped Monday, order received on holidays will be shipped
Next working day.
4- Item will be dispatch on your eBay registered Address, please make sure that you address is correct & complete, UN-delivered item will be ship after paying postage charges.
5- We don’t offer personal collection on any of our item.
6- All item prices are inclusive with VAT, if you need VAT invoice please do send us email using eBay messages system with your email address.

Payment Method

1- We accept PayPal only.
2- Payment is required within 7 days after purchase.
3- An unpaid item dispute will be filed if payment has not been made within 7 days.

Warranty Information

1- We offer 12 months warranty on all of our items. The warranty is only valid for non-artificial defects. Human abuse, improper usage, alteration to the product, or negligence will NOT be covered.
2- If buyer purchased the wrong item and need to exchange it, buyer must pay for shipping fee of return and resend.
3- If buyer purchased the item by mistake, he have to pay the return shipping charges & once we receive
The item back we will refund the payment after deducting the postage charges.
3- Item which comes in warranty buyer will be responsible of one side postage.
4- All our item are stick with our warranty stickers, please make sure once you return the item back to us it has been purchase from us.
5- Return item must send with your eBay ID & item number with reason. Return item will be tested and it would take up to 2 working days.
