We accept return or
exchange within 14 days after package is delivered.
But S&H must be paid
by you.
For free shipping parts, 20% restock fee plus original shipping cost will be applied.
Please contact us first
for Return Authorization Number (RAN/RGA) before you ship back the package.
The shipment without RAN/RGA
will be refused.
Please also make sure
that you pack the parts well and insure the package when you ship it back.
No refund will be given
if the goods are damaged.
If we send the wrong
item, we will take care of the cost for exchange.
If buyer places the wrong
order, we accept return and refund money on the item.
