Vetiver’s strong scent has grounding, stress-relieving and nervous tension-alleviating properties. This oil helps balance your mood and also promotes sleep. Vetiver helps people with ADD and ADHD because it is a calming essential oil.  A 2001 study by Dr. Terry Friedman found that smelling vetiver essential oil improved the performance of children with ADD and ADHD by 100 percent. Its scent is described as sweet, woody, caramel, and smoky.

Directions: Simply place the inhaler tip about a half an inch below one of your nostrils, while gently closing the other nostril (never place the nasal inhaler inside the nostrils).  Slowly inhale for 5 seconds, hold for another count of 5, and then slowly exhale.  Repeat in the other nostril.  You can use your nasal inhaler every 2-3 hours as needed.

If you have nasal congestion, simply use a Peppermint or Respiratory Blend essential oil inhaler first to quickly reduce swelling and inflammation in your nasal passages. Inhale into both nostrils wait a few minutes (some folks will have the nasal passages open immediately, others it may take a few minutes). Then, you can use your second inhaler with your intended essential oils.

Inhalation is one of the most effective ways to get all the great therapeutic benefits of essential oils. Essential oils’ tiny molecules vaporize quickly, and when inhaled, essential oils quickly affect the body.  Sniffing the oils causes them to be absorbed into your bloodstream and spread throughout your body in minutes.

Essential oil inhalers are small, lightweight, and portable.  They are perfect for tossing in a purse, back pack, travel bag, or pocket.  They don’t affect others around you, which allows you to use essentials oils that aren’t safe for and/or liked by others.

Prepared with Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils and Medical Grade Inhalers.  These inhalers are made with medical grade plastic, which is heavier and has thicker walls. The end result is that essential oils in these inhalers will last much longer than the cheaper inhalers made in China. They are Made in USA by a FDA registered medical device component manufacturer in a clean room environment.
