I have a total of 10 burial plots, in two locations, both in prime, beautiful parts of the cemetery

My family bought these back in 1957, and all have since, moved and been buried elsewhere. 

In the Verbena section, I have six plots for sale. Today's price per grave is $1,800. If you wish to buy all 6, I will reduce the price to the total of $6,000. Otherwise, for 4, it will be $5,600, then for 2, the asking price will be $2,800.

In the East Portal section, I have 4 plots for sale. Today's price per grave is $2,400. If you buy all 4, I will reduce the price to the total of $7,200.

Serious inquiries only. I will not sell any of the graves singley, or in pairs, except for what I stated for those in the Verbena section. The price is not negotiable, and it will be your responsibility to pay for transfer of the deed fees. The cost for that is, $220 for 1-4 graves.
