This shows some surface wear to base and has a little residue inside bottom. No chips or cracks to bottle, but has a couple of pin-size rough spots inside rim, likely stopper wear . Stopper has a few nicks around bottom edge, nothing major. 

No maker's marks that I see.

Decanter measures approximately 8 1/2" high not including stopper, about 11" high with stopper and 8" in diameter at base.
