Combined Orders:

We are glad to do this! After you complete your bidding please email us so we can send you a combined invoice. We are not able to provide you with quotes on combined shipping. PLEASE allow us 24 BUSINESS day hours to get this done for you. We are a store and do not work 24 hours a day. If you pay before the new invoice is sent then you will not get a discount or a refund on shipping.

PAYMENT:

PayPal, or you can pay cash in the store if you are picking items up. 

All in state residents within our state of Pennsylvania and for now, only our state will be charged state and/or local sales tax (6%) at the time of checkout.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. Even if you email us telling us you need an extra day, the computer will open a dispute.

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction.  

Local Pick Up only:

If it says local pickup, that means you need to come to our store and get the item. In most cases our local pick up only items are set this way due to size and weight making it not cost effective to ship. BUT… if you want it we will find a way to get it to you… 

Picking up items: YES YOU SURE CAN!!!!!

You are responsible for the final bid price plus Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% (It's the law). Please note, you must pay and pick up all items within 7 days.  (If you need help loading, please call us to make sure we have a helper here for you)

Special packing requests: WE CAN, BUT!!!!

SPECIAL PACKING REQUEST - If you have a special request on how to pack your purchased item, e.g. please double box, or use foam, or anything that you want us to do... THEN, BEFORE YOU PAY, send an email asking for packing to be done your way, and ask for a revised invoice. Boxes are not free, and special handling as well as materials cost money. If you want us to do it your way, please understand that we have to charge you for that. If not, then we will pack it our way, which we have found to be a GREAT SERVICE to you, we want the items to get there in one piece too.

Once you pay, it is too late to ask for special services.

International Orders:

We ONLY use HIGH PRIORITY SHIPPING WITH USPS and it does cost more. This is the way we ship so please do not ask for other options.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. If one of our items was not as described we will be glad to take it back. Just return any item at your expense, and we will credit your account less the return shipping. Just email us for an approval code within 7 days of delivery. The item needs to be back in our store within 14 days of delivery to you.

SALES TAX: per the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, we are required to collect 6% sales tax on any and ALL items sold and shipped to a PA address or pick up from our store (regardless of where you live) We do not except reseller certs or tax id's to avoid the tax.

ANY and ALL medical items:

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, I will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item.

International Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional Costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

All items must be paid and pickup up within 7 days of auctions end. Any item not picked up within that time frame is considered abandoned and no refunds are available.
