-Will this fit my vehicle? Our grilles are only guaranteed to fit the vehicles specified in the listing, and no others.

-Why hasn’t my order shipped/Why does it take so long? Our items are made to order each time. We receive between 40-50 grille orders per week on average, not including other products and grille accessories that are also cut on our laser table. Our powder coaters take 5 business days to complete a batch of our grilles, which leaves us 2-5 business days to receive, process, cut, clean, package, and ship orders. We appreciate your patience!

-Why are you ignoring my messages? Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM (PST). We are a small business, so we simply may have not gotten to your message yet. Please allow at least 24 hours before sending your message again, or until the next business day if it is a weekend or holiday. Your questions, concerns, and feedback are important to us! We will get to you as soon as we can.
