If retuned item is in the original condition as shipped and with the original tag on, you receive 100% of the item's purchase price and free shipping label (within U.S.). International returns must be covered by the customer. Items with labels & tags that have been removed are not eligible for return but may be eligible for exchange of an identical item or a substantially similar item of equal value.

All Fine Jewelry and Fine Watch returns and exchanges must be accompanied with all original packaging, including any gift boxes and/or certificates of authenticity which may have been included. The items must be returned within 30 days. Items MUST be returned to the location from which it was shipped.

• If shipping, returns must be sent using the label provided by us, unless otherwise instructed.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• The security tag must be attached to the merchandise.
• Fine Jewelry returns must include all items, including the gift box.
• Watch returns must include the box and warranty.
• Personalized or sized Fine Jewelry items cannot be returned.
• Fine Jewelry and Watches must be free of scratches, marks or damage, and no alteration or resizing of the item.

Stone Replacement:

In the event a gemstone is lost from your jewelry due to normal wear and tear, we will replace that stone as long as you own it (subject to replacement stone availability). Buyer is responsible for the cost of two-way shipping and the replacement stone.

What's Excluded:

• Lost, stolen or abused jewelry.
• Jewelry that can't be reworked to look like new (like stainless steel).
• Free resizing of rings made with metals that can't be resized, like cobalt and titanium.
• Abused merchandise. Examples include garbage disposal mishaps and accidental run ins with your car tire and driveway.
• Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.
• Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
• Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
• Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
• Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
