We deliver to 99.9% of Australia

We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia.

Unfortunately, there are certain locations that we are unable to deliver to including some remote locations, military bases, islands and some PO Box & parcel locker facilities.

Bulky items and Local metro delivery

Bulky deliveries require different transport vehicles and special handling.
These deliveries take longer to dispatch and transport and may incur a separate process.

Local metro deliveries usually dispatched same or next business upon eBay payment confirmation, some order could be delayed up to 7 business days, mostly special or bulky items

Local metro deliveries are usually handled by courier service, we may also our own transport for metro delivery

Orders that both dead weight or cubic weight over 50kg may be subject to special delivery arrangement

 

 

Authority to Leave

By defult, all delivery are automatically ATL "Athority to Leave". Please include in the order message if you DO NOT want your parcel to be leave unattented. However, doing so, may require customer to pick up parcel from local courier agent or depot.

In some case customer not authorize to leave parcel at the door, an re-attempt or re-delivery fee maybe charged by courier company, and will result pass on to the customer

Please note in this case LindCo Packaging cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered, ATL or not ATL.

 

Weekends & Public Holidays

We do not process dispatch for pick up or delivery on weekends & public holidays

When customer do not want "Authrity to Leave" option, and no one is available to sign for the order, a card may be left with a contact number to arrange an alternative delivery day.

• Click and Collect orders can ONLY be returned to LindCo Packaging pick up location
• If you have changed your mind and would like to return a product, please ensure the item is in original and saleable condition, and must be within 30 Days from date of purchase
• Although we are happy to take change of mind returns, original postage and return postage fees are to be pay by the customer
• It's best to bring your original receipt with you, or simply print out your eBay order details when you claim your return for exchange or refunds
