This is a nice piece of full grain, veg tanned, cowhide leather.

It is slightly firm and pliable. Ideal applied in making bags, cases, wallets and many other projects.

This leather can be wet and when dried will hold its form, can be carved and tooled, embossed, used for pyrography, etc. It takes dye nicely.

This piece is perfect for a one-time project or to experiment with new techniques.

To protect the leather from moisture and dirt, you can rub it carefully with some leather cream.

Made from the exact same Full-Grain Hides these totes may have slight marks made when the animal brushed against a cactus or barbwire fence. Some have freckles or small imperfections from bug bites.

Since this is a natural leather bag, small bumps such as scars, stitches, neck marks etc. are not reworked. They emphasize the nature of the leather and are a proof of quality, not a quality defect.
