If the item has been listed as New:

Items with a broken seal are opened and checked to make sure they are new, unused.

Sealed boxes are not opened.

If the item has been listed as Used:

These items may have a broken seal or NO box. We check and test all of the items. If there is something you have a question about or want us to check please feel free to contact us.

Shipping- We ship via USPS and FedEx. Items under 1 lb are shipped via USPS first class. Items over 1 lb are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Smart Post, please see shipping tab for specifications. We ship by the end of the next business day. Foreign buyers, please note  you may incur separate brokerage or customs fees not included in your payment to us. 

Payment- Paypal only for all items. Payment expected within 3 days of auction end.

Returns - We offer a 30 day return policy from the receiving date on unused items only. All items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition. Original shipping fees will not be refunded; these shipping fees will be deducted from any refund due.

International Voltage Discrepancy - International buyers please check your individual voltage requirements before bidding. An adapter may be required if it's not a 120 volt output.
