Unfortunately the food bags are not tamper proof so for FOOD SAFETY REASONS we are UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY FOOD ITEMS. Please see our Terms & Conditions for our full Returns Policy.

POSTAL CHOICE
Your order will be sent FREE to your UK address by a 2nd class Royal Mail service. Royal Mail aim to get your order to you 3 working days after posting but this isn’t guaranteed. If you need your item quicker please select and pay the additional fee to upgrade to a Royal Mail 1st class service. Royal Mail`s aim is to get your 1st Class Post to you on the next working day after posting, again this isn’t guaranteed. Royal Mail will not consider items posted by their 1st or 2nd class service as lost until 10 working days after the item was posted so we cannot offer refunds or replacements until this time has passed. You will also have the option to select a Royal Mail Special Delivery service which guarantees to deliver your order by 1pm on the next working day. The cost of this service is much more than their 1st or 2nd Class services but it is much more reliable for those orders that you need to have quickly. Royal Mail will not consider items posted by their Special Delivery Service lost until 5 working days after the item was posted so we cannot offer refunds or replacements until this time has passed. Our working days are Monday to Friday and do not include any bank or public holidays. We do not offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for delivery on a Saturday.

DESPATCH
Usually, orders paid for before 2 pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders paid for on Saturdays or Sundays will usually be despatched on Monday. We do not despatch any goods on Bank or Public Holidays.

CLEARANCE ITEM
This is a clearance line from CDA Products Limited sold at a reduced price because of a short shelf life. You will receive your item with at least 45 days before the Best Before Date. The Best Before date is only an indication of when the item will taste at its best and the item can be safely consumed in a sensible period after this date.
