This very rare example of a Combination Eraser Cleaner and Pencil Sharpener made by the  Lord Manufacturing Co. from New Haven CT. This machine was patented in 1897 and advertised for sale from 1897-1918. The eraser attachment became available in 1924. The machine was sold either with the pencil sharpener attachment or the chalk eraser cleaning attachment.  This example has the rare Eraser attachment.

The base is cast iron, the brass handle connector has been polished.  I believe this machine to be all original. It works fine. Please look at all the photos.  Please e-mail if you have any questions.
