HOW DOES THIS SERVICE WORK

1. Purchase the service (You will receive our shipping information after You purchase the service.)

2. Pack your device carefully, Please do not send just the Motherboard only, Full device with battery is needed but do not send any accessories including SIM card, memory card, cable, chargers, original box....

3. Ship it to our service center (Make sure send us the tracking number when you ship it out.) 

4. Upon receiving your device, We fix and send it back to you as soon as the repair is completed. 

For devices with many issues, we will do a diagnostic test first to figure out exact problems of your device.  We will then send you an email with details of what will need to be fixed and  the final cost.  If you agree with the service, we will start to  repair your device.

For any devices that are beyond repairing attempts, we charge $10.00 flat fee to ship it back by USPS. we will refund the purchase minus $10 for Diagnosis/Processing/eBay/Paypal fees and shipping (cost to mail the phone back to you).

All repairs will be completed within 1-2 business days. otherwise, we will notify you if there are any problems.

 

We only offer this service through the mail, No drop-offs /Pick-ups please.

Turnaround time is about a week after you ship it out.

Shipping that You pay on eBay is for return shipping after your device is repaired.
