Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with everything you purchase from us,  however if unfortunately this is not the case, just simply return the item to us in its original packaging and in new and unused condition within 30 Days of receipt.
Returned goods will be refunded minus the original shipping costs and provided it is in an undamaged, saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage except for the exchange of Faulty/Damaged item.
We always checked and tested our product and make sure it is carefully packed before shipping.  If in any case the product arrives damaged or faulty, please inform us via "Ebay Messages" of any defects/faults within 3 days of receipt. In order for us to examine and resolve the problem, please kindly send us the photos/pictures of the damaged product. No refund will be issued without prior approval. 
Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 
We will consider the transaction is completed if the item has been delivered to the given address.  If we do not hear from the buyer after 30 Days, we assume that you are happy with the purchase, no claim will be accepted.
We love to provide you with the best and first class service, however sometimes things might go wrong, so please do contact us and give us an opportunity to put things right before leaving any negative feedback.  Any problem can be resolved!
