If you do need to return an item, it must be returned in the condition it was sent in and if free or additional items are included, they must also be returned in the same condition that they were sent.

With previously owned Vera Bradley items, I cannot make a definite opinion on the level of fading as I do not always have a new item in that pattern to compare it to. Some items will show excessive fading which I will include in the item description.
