1. Shipping
We prefer your business address as receiving address (no PO Box) if it is available. If we list item as free shipping, it is only for the lower 48 states only.
Our sales price is calculated based on shipping to lower 48 states. Please contact us for shipping cost for Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO and International shipping.
You might place order but not pay, we will send invoice to you then you may decide whether you will accept the shipping cost. If not, we will cancel order no any fee to buyer.
We use FedEx or USPS or UPS for shipping. We maintain the right to change carrier, without any notice to the buyer, so you receive your item(s) as fast as possible. Your item shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days after your valued payment. Normally item will be sent out in 24hours in business day. But some items may take longer than a week. please check listed shipping time carefully.
If you buy more than one items, we will combine shipping together if it will save cost. In this case, the 2nd or more items should be free of shipping or discounted shipping fee applied already.
2. Payment
We accept PayPal payment, If you don't have PayPal account, you can place order first. then contact us, you can make payment by check bank transfer.

3. Warranty
We stand behind all our products for 12 months start from shipping date. We will ship out replacement or replacement parts at our discretion.
4. Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return a product within 14 days after received. Buyers must pay the return shipping charge unless stated otherwise. Return order must be in the same condition as received. If an item received was damage or defective, please notify seller by writing and send items pictures to show the damaged details in 5 days of receipt of item.
Prior to returning any order, please contact us via email for return RM # and address first. All return orders should include your eBay user ID, eBay item number, and a brief reason for the return order. For free shipping item, we may charge restock 20% and shipping/handle fee if it is not seller fault or mistake to keep us to offer best price and service.
