Grade A monitors are in very good condition. Screens have no readily visible scratches or shadow/cloudy spots. The monitor stands and plastic housing might have small scratches and scuffs. While we make every effort to detect defective pixels, they may still be present in monitors in this category.
Grade B are in good condition. Screens may have small scuffs and scratches or light localized shadows. These blemishes are not easily noticeable when the screen is powered on with a “busy” background, but may be noticeable with a solid color background or when powered off. The monitor stands and plastic housing might have moderate scratches. While we make every effort to detect defective pixels, they may still be present in monitors in this category.
Grade C monitors have scratches or shadows on the screen that are noticeable when the screen is powered on, but the monitor is fully functional. The monitor stands and plastic housing might have moderate scratches and/or hairline cracks. Monitor may have defective pixels.
