Just finished, this fun and funky vintage/retro fabric, large festival shoulder bag, with loads of long collage fringe, feathers, beads and so much more! The beautiful quality fabrics, intricate detail, and unique design, make this bag very luxurious and one of a kind! Much thought and tlc go into every one of my bags.

Majority of materials used to make my bags are up-cycled from my long time collection of unique textiles, vintage linens, trims, and found treasures. This makes them earth friendly and one of a kind. I may make similar styles, but no two bags are ever exactly the same.
The body of this ''U'' shaped bag with a ''V'' cutout, is made from a wonderful vintage/retro velvety upholstery fabric. This fabric has a dark blue background that changes with the lighting, sometimes it looks almost black and then can look almost light royal blue in other lighting. This fabric has a rich light brown wave/swirl design and a few flowers that are blue, rust red, and tan.
The front of the bag has a large, lined flap pocket. This pocket and the flap are made with a gorgeous tan, brown and turquoise patterned upholstery fabric and is lined with a fuzzy vintage zebra print fabric. This pocket is embellished with: large sparkly medallion, chain fringe necklace with multi-colored beads, zebra patterned fabric, royal and lime colored tassel fringe, gold/black tassel trim, and gold colored scalloped trim.
The long collage fringe that surrounds the body of the bag consists of: many different colors of genuine suede/leather fringe, ecru colored vintage lace/crochet, vintage fabric remnants, necklaces, belt portion, whimsical green ''tassel'' necklace, yarn braids, beads, feathers and more!
On the back of the bag you will see my signed leather heart hang tag with fringe, beads, and gold tone key charm. This hang tag is attached to the bag with a vintage gold tone brooch, signed "SARAH COV''.
The comfy shoulder strap is made from the same fabric as the bag.
Lining is a soft navy blue wide corduroy fabric. The one pocket on the inside is made from the same fabric as the outside pocket.
This bag is 14'' across.
It is 16'' tall (32'' including fringe).
The measurement from the bottom of the ''V'' cutout, to the bottom of the bag is 11''. I consider this the usable space.
Strap is 26'' long from end to end. Strap drop is 18.5''.
Flap pocket on the outside front of bag is 9'' across, and 7.5'' tall.
The pocket on the inside is 5.75'' across, and 6.25'' tall.
Bag weighs 2 lbs 3 oz, pretty typical weight of one of my long fringe bags.
Double stitched for durability, even more stitching in high stress areas. Embellishments very securely stitched.
Comes from my smoke free home.
