Comes with the following extras. (All of which are usually sold as optional extras):

  • Top Handle with Integrated Soft Touch Passive Pen, Tether and Pen Housing. This integrated handle – which attaches to the top of the tablet – allows users to carry the tablet without the worry of dropping it. The ridged handle is made with a smooth, hard rubber, providing maximum grip without sacrificing comfort. A thin stylus is tethered to the handle and easily stores away in a hidden slot. A detachable shoulder strap, available separately, attaches to the handle for carrying long distances and freeing up hands. (BC, D10)
  • Kickstand With Expansion Battery Bracket. Get the convenience of a kickstand to hold your Xplore tablet upright for easy reading and touch while pausing in the field. When it's time to get going, the kickstand folds away. An integrated battery bracket holds a second battery to extend tablet battery life up to 20 hours. The bracket/kickstand does not need to be removed when docking in the Vehicle, Office, or Industrial docks. Can also be used in combination with the top handle with stylus accessory.
  • Keyboard Tray - See photos. Submitting reports from the vehicle or job site is a snap with this full travel, tactile feedback, spill-resistant tablet keyboard. The touchpad supports two-and three-finger gestures. The Companion Keyboard closes over the display glass like a laptop. When it’s time to snap your Xplore tablet into a dock, the keyboard detaches easily.

Payment

Payment must be received within 5 days of winning any Auction or Buy it Now item(s) unless previously arranged with Go-Rugged directly. UK Customers we accept PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order, Debit/Card Card or Bank Wire Transfer (BACS). International Customers we accept Paypal from Confirmed and Verified users otherwise Bank Transfer with details being given upon request.

Shipping

We aim to ship your item/s on receipt of cleared payment where possible. If delivery of your order is urgent, please contact us prior to purchase and we will try our best to accommodate your request. All our orders are dispatched between Monday to Friday (except public holidays). For customers looking to purchase more than one item, please purchase your items and wait for us to invoice you with our special multiple shipping discount. Please wait for us to send you an amended invoice before proceeding with payment. 

Items are shipped by Royal Mail Standard or Recorded Delivery, items with a greater value will be sent by Special Delivery or alternatively by UPS. International orders will be sent out by Royal Mail Airmail or International Sign For or for items of a larger value these will be shipped by UPS. For customers in Europe items normally take 7-10 working days to receive depending on how fast their country Custom clears the item and delivers it and for customers in USA, Canada, Middle East and the Far East it normally take between 14-28 working days to receive depending on how fast their country takes to Custom clear the item and deliver it. Any item which is sent to the buyer and not picked up by the buyer and then returned back to us, shipping costs will need to be repaid to ship the item again or the price of the item will be refunded minus any shipping costs we have paid for the item and any fees and costs associated with the sale.

Terms

Any customer bidding or buying an item from Go-Rugged is obliged to pay for the item within 5 days of buying or winning the item. We pride ourselves on good customer service but in the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Any customers that we notice abusing any of our Auction Items or our Feedback will have their bids cancelled and/or will be blocked from doing business with us in the future. From time to time there may be information in our ebay store that contains inaccuracies or errors that may relate to product descriptions, price and availability. We reserve the right to correct or change any inaccuracies at any time without prior notice (Including after an item has been bought as a buy it now). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you but errors do occur from time to time. By Bidding on or buying one of our Buy It Now items you agree to our Terms and Conditions and the Shipping and Insurance costs outlined by Go-Rugged.

Returns

If an item has been bought as a Buy it Now item and is unwanted or purchased by mistake by the customer the item can be returned in the same condition it was received by the customer (items which are sealed must be returned still sealed otherwise they will not be accepted) within 5 days of receiving the item/s at their own expense and the price of the item will be refunded minus a 10% Restocking Fee and any eBay and Shipping Fees we have incurred. If an item has been bought and is genuinely not as described we must be advised immediately upon receipt of the item and the item shipped back to us within 5 working days. Once the item has been received if Go-Rugged found the item to be miss described the item will be replaced or refunded including any shipping fees. If an item has been bought in our eBay Auction, No Returns are accepted unless agreed with the Go-Rugged directly.
