1955 or 1956 Madame Alexander Margaret Queen Elizabeth Outfit

This is a beautiful set including her gown, fur stole, slip and bracelet.  I will try to describe each as best that I can but please see pictures for best detail.

I initially thought this gown was for Cissy but, with great thanks to a fellow ebayer, evidence shows it was for Margaret. The sash is slightly faded in color but otherwise in very nice condition with all of the appliques in tact.  The gown is beautiful yet has some slight discoloration in the back of the dress.  I tried to take several pictures to show it.  Otherwise it has no issues.  It is tagged in the back and buttons up with 4 snaps in the back.  It measures 16" from the top of the back to the hem.  Its span is 28" across when stretched out.  It is gorgeous!

The fur stole is in very good condition yet could be fluffed a bit and pressed on the silk side.  It has both fasteners, although the left side has come apart from the fabric and needs a stitch.

The slip is very interesting and I was not able to find any information on its style.  It is shaped with wiring inside so that the sides puff out purposely.  It has built in panties and buttons in the back with three snaps.  It is in excellent condition with no issues.

I came across her bracelet on a different doll in the lot so I am not sure if it is original but looks very much like the ones in the photos I have seen.  It has all diamonds and emeralds in place and has a working snap closure.
