Payments:
- All PayPal payments must be confirmed. For safety reason we only ship to your PayPal verified address.
- Your PayPal shipping and eBay billing addresses must match, otherwise please change it before buying/making an offer.
- Please pay within 3 days from the moment of purchase. If I do not receive a cleared payment within that period of time an unpaid item case will be opened automatically.
We accept paypal only.
Shipping:
- Each item will be shipped within 48 business hours of confirmed PayPal payment on Mondays through Fridays. All Saturday and Sunday purchases will be shipped on Mondays. No shipping during National Holidays.
- I ship using USPS First Class mail. If you need the item sooner please let me know before you pay for the item. Additional charges may apply.
- I ship only to all USA destinations including Puerto Rico
We do combine shipping. For all orders above $100.00 the shipping is free for USPS Priority Mail. Please contact me for more details.
International Buyers Note:
1) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer ' s responsibility.
2) Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3) We will only accept PayPal and ship to PayPal's address only. If you need to change your address, Please change it in PayPal first before you pay.
European Style Definition:
Pandora named their style of bracelets and charms European because this collection was originally invented by a Dutch couple which desired to create an elegant yet affordable type of jewelry. This collection quickly became popular in Europe and because of it several years ago it was introduced in the US. The name 'European' is not as popular here but this is the correct name of this style of the charm. This means that any Pandora charm/bracelet you purchase in US or any other country will go together. Any of the charms which I sell are exactly the same which you can find at any Pandora store.
Returns/exchanges:
No returns or exchanges for any reason except:
- Exception #1: we will refund for or exchange the item if it gets lost in the shipping process or if it arrives damaged - you must contact us prior to sending the item back within 3 business days. All items accepted for a return must be shipped within 7 days from the moment you receive a return authorization.
- Exception #2: If you purchase a bracelet/ring that is wrong size we will gladly exchange it for a different size. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
