This is a 1997 Deadpool #8 signed by Ed McGuinness with COA-certificate of authenticity (size is approx: 5 x 8 inches), complete and published by Marvel Comics. The comic would grade a Very Fine condition with spine stressors and spine damage present, preventing a high grade.
