We provide free shipping via UPS GROUND to the 48 contiguous states on most items. (This does not include AK, HI, PR or the Virgin Islands). We have great shipping rates to those states and territories. In addition, we also have great international shipping rates as well to all Caribbean Islands, Hawaii, (etc.) Local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or ship charges. TRUE HEART SOUND is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs or brokerage fees applied by the destination country outside of NY, FL or the US. We work diligently to ensure that your order arrives with in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control.
RETURN INFORMATION
After receiving the item, buyer should contact us within 3-4 days with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as, all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
